Last weekend we went pumpkin patchin' around town. The kids really enjoyed seeing all different kinds of pumpkins and trying to choose just the right ones. Everyone got to pick a pumpkin for themselves (even picking a gourd for each of our pets), and finding the right one to carve. The girls did most of the scavenging for everyone, and Marcus had fun just watching his sisters run around silly. We can't wait to share Halloween pictures real soon. They are all going to be so adorable.

Our happening's lately.....
Fall is coming and we are slowly getting ready for some great cool weather. I had a successful day starting back at work, but not a successful week with Elena getting hurt at her school. Loooooong story short, I found an opening at an elementary school that has a program for children between the ages of 3 and 5 for Round Rock teachers only that I was very fortunate to get Elena in. My friend Scarlett (she also teaches 4th grade with me) has her son, Kaden, there too. Elena and him have tons of fun together all day! Elena absolutely loves it and is already getting ready for her first field trip with her class to the pumpkin patch. Daddy will be joining her for the day and I am just waiting to hear about all the fun they will have.
Marcus is growing so fast and so big! We had to take him to the doctor this past Friday because of some coughing he was having. Luckily there is no fever, but just a cough because of the dry air. We got some saline drops and it's slowly getting better. He is now weighing 12 lbs. 7.5 oz and outgrowing his 3 month clothes. This growth is very unusual to me since Elena was and still is a tiny girl weighing in at the 10 percentile of her age group. Not only is he eating and sleeping well (he only gets up once, and we had one full night of sleep last week), but smiling much more. Not to mention the many cooo's and bubbles he makes. He loves watching his sisters play with him and give kisses and of course enjoys being talked and sung to.
As the weather has been changing for the better lately and Marcus getting a little older, we are hoping to get out more and do family outings. We'll definitely keep you updated on our adventures!
